You can complete this program at home if you have at least six square feet of space to work with. You'll also need athletic shoes, resistance bands, weights and, if desired, an exercise mat.

The main workouts contain a mix of aerobics, resistance training and power moves that target your whole body:

All of these workouts burn a ton of calories in a short period of time. If your fitness level is more advanced, you can choose the double up option where you perform two workouts per day.

Autumn does an excellent job walking you through the moves and you'll find it easy to follow along.You'll get tips on things like where your knees should be so you know you're performing the exercise safely and correctly. There are modifiers available in case you can't perform a move, but even if you follow the modifier for the entire 21 days you will still get a very intense workout.
